Our Clients Say….
“Right from the start Amanda understood what we wanted to achieve which made the design stage such an inspiring process as she was able to take our ideas and then show us how we could transform the space in the best way. Her eye for detail through out the project has been fantastic and she has helped us create such a beautiful, yet practical, space for our family. Her expertise was invaluable during the build. She was always on hand and available to problem solve any issues, manage tricky supplier conversations etc. which took a lot of the stress away from us. We are delighted with the results and can't recommend All Design Studio highly enough.”

Our Services
We offer flexible services, tailored to your size and budget. From full house remodels to one room redesigns we welcome any brief or enquiry, and will happily chat through the options to find the right level for you and your project.
Below is a broad outline of how we approach projects broken down into four key stages -
1. The Brief
We arrange an in person meeting to explore your aspirations for the project, discuss requirements whilst considering your lifestyle, budget and timescales.
Any required surveys will take place as well as a tailored project specific questionnaire to ensure we have all the information we need to define the projects brief.
2. Concept Design
This is where we develop and review any internal layout reconfigurations, looking at a number of options to consider the best use of the space to suit your needs and aspirations. Including careful consideration of kitchen, joinery and bathroom arrangements.
In conjunction we start to develop the look and feel of your project. With concept ideas on materials use, wall finishes, flooring, lighting, window dressing and furniture.
All of which is presented to you with physical finishes samples alongside key information on project cost and timescale estimates. We gather your feedback, refining if needed to arrive at a place where we are all in agreement to take the design on to the next stage.
3. Detailed Design
We develop the agreed concept design in collaboration with you into a detailed set of information which includes -
Measured drawings all of areas including floorplans, elevations, lighting and power plans.
A master product schedule and scope of works document that itemises every element of the design.
Detailed design package of any bespoke items such as joinery is created.
An in person presentation of the final detailed design is delivered to you with samples of all proposed finishes and 3D visuals/ renders where required.
Once approved by yourself a final design pack is prepared with all the relevant technical drawings and schedules to be shared with the project contractor.
4. Coordination & Delivery
We can assist you with finding suitable contractors to take on the project, including coordinating tenders returns for the proposed works. Or if you have a contractor in mind we are more than happy to work with them on your behalf.
We then provide a coordination role service for the duration of the project where we work closely with the on site team to ensure a seamless experience from start to completion.
This includes regular site visits, coordination with suppliers including scheduling of deliveries and managing specialist trades when required. As well as on going site support for any design queries/ problem solving during the implementation stage.
